We recently had our sash windows installed by London Box Sash Windows, and the whole experience was excellent.

Anjelo and Raf, the installation team were respectful, professional, and did a wonderful job. Jake who looked after us on the sales side, was helpful and knowledgeable, Judith kept it all organised.

The sash windows themselves look absolutely beautiful and have completely transformed the appearance of the house. We’ve had a number of compliments from people passing by, which speaks for itself.

You do not need to worry because this company make, supply and fit the best windows around.
I have used them well over 10 years on various projects and i would not go elsewhere. What can i say other than ‘superb in every respect’
Their choice of wood and paint is astonishing as they never move or crack and look like they were fitted only yesterday even though my original windows from them are well over 10 years old, i have never had to do anything to them.

We have used London Box Sash Windows twice in the past four years. We can’t speak highly enough of the customer service, the ease of the sales process, the quality of the work and the professionalism of the window fitter. I found London Box through Which Trusted Traders and was so glad that we chose them to replace a bathroom window in 2025 following it being damaged through an attempted break-in. We were so impressed with the service given by the company through the assessment visit by Simon, the contact and support through the office of the lovely Judith and the amazing work done in a single day by the wonderful Andy to replace the window. He worked tirelessly all day and cleaned and tidied up beautifully afterwards. Because of their impressive service installing this window we employed them to replace the bay windows on our house which was a much bigger and more complicated job because of issues to do with the state of the bay itself but London Box were more than up to it. This time Harry came to measure up and Judith in the office continued to keep us informed and up to date with the process. Angelo and Raf did a fantastic job on the day installing the new windows. It was a very difficult job but they did amazingly well and we couldn’t be happier with the windows as well as with every aspect of our involvement with the company. Would throughly recommend this company and not hesitate to use them again in future.

I have used London box sash windows three times. The product stands the test of time. We had upstairs bedroom windows installed in 2014. Lounge in 2021 and bathrooms 2026. They open as easily today as when installed. Service is professional. Everything left clean. When some water got in some glass it was replaced quickly with no fuss. A great experience and a great product.

After getting quotes from three sash window companies, we chose London Box Sash to replace six old, single glazed sash windows. Every step of the process was great and the new windows have massively improved the look of the house from the street – as well as making it better insulated for noise and warmth.

At the initial home visit Jake clearly explained the different options available to us and their respective costs. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured with an upsell. Harry took measurements at the pre-manufacture survey, confirmed our chosen options and explained the installation process.

We were also invited to visit the factory, and it was great to see the windows being made locally.

Andy, the window installer, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time every day, was a hard worker, and showed real attention to detail. He also took the time to explain what he was doing at each stage of the install.

I would not hesitate to recommend London Box Sash to others and will reach out to them when we need other windows replacing.

Had a couple of beautiful new sash windows installed in summer of 2024 by London Box Sash Windows Ltd. At the time we were (and still are delighted with their work.
When we needed a new made to measure balcony door in June 2025, for obvious reasons London Box Sash Windows Ltd was our first port of call. We gathered a couple of quotes from specialised door installation companies but found that the price difference was marginal compared with what London Box Sash Windows Ltd quoted us.
So we went with ‘the devil we knew’
The experience from start to finish was s great as before. From the first visit by Jake to the post installation follow-up call by Judith everything worked extremely well again.
The door looks and feels solid and is made to look like the original door (first installed in 1905), including double glazing in 3 different colours across the 9 glass segments.
If you after a cheap job, don’t use London Box Sash Windows Ltd – they are not cheap. But for your money you get an outstanding product, expertly installed and with full warranty.
Without hesitation, I will recommend London Box Sash Windows Ltd to friends and neighbours.

The whole process felt simple, well organised, and stress-free, which was ideal during a loft conversion. London Box Sash found an install date extremely fast which meant we could make the building water-tight quicker than expected. So happy with the whole experience with London Box Sash. Our new windows look amazing. The whole process was very thorough, competitive in price and really quick for install – which was a nice surprise as the lead time was halved from what we’d thought it might be. The team were also exceptionally helpful when one of the old windows were were planning to replace was severely damaged during a storm. They came to board it up free of charge in the interim while the new one was still being built. Simon in particular was really helpful – a huge thank you to the whole team.

Living abroad presently, no regret having London Box Sash window replacing eight old windows with double glazed ones including two leaded windows. My initial contact, Jake, makes me at ease with the process. Judith who presented the quote, had it very well explained. Harry who is in charge of organising the actual work, upon inspection of my flat, gave me an initial details situation on potential problems i.e position of radiators, sink, gas meter etc, however worked around those problems with the engineer. Harry’s honesty was appreciated. The team of installers managed by Harry was equally good. My tenants are very happy with those new windows, they can feel the difference in temperature. I was reassured by Murray’s knowledge and experience and he was helpful and patient when I was working out what I wanted. He listened, and there was no “hard sell”. Harry did the survey and Anjelo and Rafal the installation. They were all punctual and courteous. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently, and Anjelo and Rafal took care with my property and tidied up after themselves. The aftersales care provided by Murray was excellent. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Having windows replaced is not a cheap option and involves a fair amount of upheaval, but I felt throughout the process that I could trust LBSW to provide value for money and make it as smooth as possible. I am very pleased with the end result. My new bay window looks great and is totally in keeping with the period of my property, including the “swept” heads. I immediately started to feel the benefits of having double-glazing in terms of heat retention, no draughts and noise reduction.
